Warranty / Return Request

Please ensure you have registered your SmartVent system.

Read our Warranty & Returns Policy.

To Return Products:

  • Submit a Return Request Form online (below) to receive an authorisation number via email.
  • Print a copy of your email (Return Request Form including authorisation number).
  • Return the product to your supplier, or place of purchase, with the following documentation:
    – original proof of purchase,
    – a copy of the completed Return Request Form,
    – and the authorisation number (which has been provided when the Return Request Form was submitted)
  • If the product is covered under warranty and is deemed faulty by the manufacturer, it will be repaired, or replaced, and then returned to your supplier.
  • Your supplier will contact you to advise the product is ready to be collected.
