Looking for options to get a healthier home now? With Q Card we can help you finance your system. Let your installer know that you're interested and SmartVent will do the rest.

The Process:

1. Tell your installer you'd like to use Q Card
2. They email "enquiry@smartvent.co.nz" with your name, number and quote
3. SmartVent contacts you to complete an application form
4. Q Card reviews your application and notifies us of the outcome
5. For successful applications Q Card issues a sales voucher, once received you can book your installation
6. Once your installer notifies SmartVent, SmartVent notifies Q Card and the payment is made, we transfer the payment to your installer

Terms:

*Interest-free period is determined by arrangement with your installer, they may choose to offer only 12 or 18 months rather than both, or neither option at all. If you'd like an installer who offers Q Card please notify us of this when you Book a Home Assesment.
If your installer is undertaking other work on the same invoice you can request to put the entire invoice on Q Card, this is at their discretion.

SmartVent facilitates the financing but your contract remains with your installer.

Once the transaction is complete any finance costs become your responsibility and repayments should be made directly to Q Card/Q Mastercard.

Q Card/Q Mastercard Terms and Conditions:

*12 months interest free is available on Long Term Finance (LTF) for purchases only until further notice. Min spend $500. Lending criteria, $50 annual Account Fee, fees, Ts&Cs apply. $55 Establishment Fee applies to your first Long Term Finance (LTF) transaction, $35 Advance Fee applies to subsequent LTF transactions. Min payments of 3% of the monthly closing balance or $10 (whichever is greater) are required throughout interest free period. Paying only the minimum monthly payments will not fully repay the loan before the end of the interest free period. Standard Interest Rate of 28.95% p.a. applies to outstanding balance at the end of LTF interest free period. Other interest rates and fees may apply. Rates and fees subject to change. New customers need to apply and be approved for a Q Mastercard credit card.
