How does it do this? Free Cooling and Solar Gain.

Free cooling

Is the process of using the cool, overnight air to flush the warm stale air out. This keeps your home cool overnight and in the morning, helping you to sleep better. To make it even better, the process is 'free' as you don't have to temper the air at all, meaning it is considerably cheaper than traditional cooling methods.

Solar gain 

Is exactly what it sounds like. During the day, the air in your roof cavity warms up like a giant oven because of the sun, and the Summer Feature (Flexi Air Source) allows you to pull this air in instead of the air from outside. This way, you can ventilate your home using warm air during winter.

How does it work all year round? 

When you have a Summer Feature (Flexi Air Source) installed, the system will use your systems set temperature and external sensors to identify which air source (outside or roof cavity) to pull air from. If your set temperature is 18°C, and outside is 19°C while your roof cavity is 23°C, the system will pull air from outside.
