Simx Limited invites you and your employees to become a SmartVent Accredited Installer. This form should be read in conjunction with the SmartVent Code of Conduct, Agreement Conditions and Warranty Terms.

This should be the main person responsible for SmartVent installations, if a separate person undertakes the administration or lead handling enter their details under alternative contact.

Who is your preferred wholesaler?
To enable us to send you appropriate leads or recommend you we need to understand what areas you will service. 
Please use the following tool to send us a list of all the areas and postcodes you wish to service. This helps us accurately distribute leads and reccomend installers:
Instructions:
  • Go to: https://www.freemaptools.com/find-new-zealand-postcodes-inside-user-defined-area.htm#google_vignette
  • use the map tool to cover the areas you want to receive leads for. If you have multiple area’s that are not directly adjacent, simply follow this full process several times.
  • You may need to click and drag the grey box in the middle of the red lines to further manipulate the shape to cover your service area. See below for a basic example.
  • Once mapped, scroll down and click "Search for Postcodes"
  • Then "toggle CSV or New Line"
  • And copy/ paste the output into the following boxes below.

Would you be interested in receiving leads?
Registration of interest does not guarantee you will receive leads as there are limited spots. This is in order to ensure each business gets a viable number of leads for their area.
If you operate in multiple cities please list all, including suburbs.
